Brian Bolz

Brian is a general manager with significant international experience providing leadership in building teams, creating software, managing business processes, and delivering quality work in a high-growth and entrepreneurial environment. Brian founded Insight Methods after five years at MarketTools, where he started and led the offshore business. Other work experience includes being an executive consultant with CGI, Inc. and programming for iMind Education and Artizen, Inc. Brian holds a BS in Economics from Stanford University.

Alok (AJ) Jain

AJ leads our user experience and design team, helping to guide our product development process. He joined Insight Methods with over ten years of experience designing applications with a focus on ease of use. He most recently worked with a software services firm where he created and grew a new User Experience Practice targeted at large organizations like the World Bank, McGraw-Hill, and the New York Stock Exchange. AJ’s prior work experience included being the User Experience Lead at Computech and Satyam, and he also served as a Media Associate with NIIT Ltd. Learning Solutions Company. AJ holds a degree in Economics from Dehli University.

Alok Saini

Alok Saini consults with Insight Methods’ clients applying fifteen years of market research experience to managing client relationships and developing products. Some of his past experience includes being a data processing manager for MarketTools, an analyst with Absolut Data and with the Indian Market Research Bureau. Alok holds a Bachelors in Science from Delhi University and a post graduate diploma in Business Administration & Computer Information Systems (similar to an MBA) from Delhi Productivity Council.

Niket Patel

Niket leads our technology practice, making architecture decisions and creating our platform for developing software. He likes to master cutting edge software and is an extremely clear thinker who is able to see through problems and evaluate solutions from a technical as well as a business standpoint. Niket is an active contributor to open source software, and some of the technologies he currently likes include Ruby, Rails, Sproutcore and CouchDb. Prior to joining Insight Methods in January 2008, Niket had been co-founder of NexusNeo Pvt Ltd, a Ruby-based Technology Development firm and has also worked as a Microsoft and .Net developer. Niket graduated from Birla Vishvakarma Engineering College.

John Meyer

John is a business consultant and entrepreneur and leads Insight Methods’ business development. His functional background centered on electronic banking through the mid-80’s and 90’s. Before becoming a consultant, John was Regional Director and Vice President for Bank of America's ATM services network. While working his way up the ranks at Bank of America through the 80's and early 90's, John held several senior posts while running operating and data centers for Electronic Banking, Merchant Processing and Bank Card Operations.

Leah Edwards

Leah brings twenty years business strategy experience to Insight Methods. Originally, she worked for Booz, Allen & Hamilton and then as an independent consultant leading the launch of products for all size companies, ranging from Intuit and Oracle to numerous Internet startups. Leah holds a BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Stanford University.

Eshwar Gouthama

Eshwar is a committed and hard working engineer, currently focused on the CM Schoolyard application. Prior to joining Insight Methods, Eshwar spent four years building many Ajax-based applications for human resources management, employer taxation, benefits management and electronic banking systems. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Anna University, Chennai.

Rahul (R_max) Hareendran

Rahul is a designer and a geek at heart. He has a deep knowledge of browser compatibility and W3 standards and is an HTML & CSS Ninja who can handle most of the templating engines with ease. Prior to Insight Methods, Rahul worked for FlintSoft Solutions where he was theming in Drupal and ASP applications. He holds a Bachelors in Technology, with a specialty in Computer Science and Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur.

Rajesh Venkat Veedhi

Rajesh has a great mix of technical skills balanced with a focus on business value. He holds a Bachelors and a Masters of Computer Applications from Osmania University. He specializes in programming in languages like Ruby on Rails, C, C++ and Java and brings an entrepreneurial mindset to each project. Prior to Insight Methods, Rajesh worked for Invivo Software Private Ltd, in Hyderabad.

Sukhwinder (Sukhi) Tambar

Sukhi has over five years experience, and a broad skill set, in design and application development. He has strong problem-solving skills and a continuous zeal for improving the existing products and inventing new ones. Most recently Sukhi was an executive Software Developer RoR Dynamics Pvt Ltd, Ahemdabad. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Arts from G.N.D.U, Amritsar with a post graduate diploma in e-commerce and Internet applications, as well as a masters degree in Computer Applications from M.D. University, Rohtak.
